INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA COMMEMORATED AT BSF SECTOR HEADQUARTER,

International Day of Yoga was commemorated at Sector Headquarter, BSF Abohar & 55 Battalion BSF with great enthusiasm and dedication. BSF Officers' & troops participated in yoga session to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Vijay Kumar,DIG SHQ Abohar emphasized on the importance of yoga & further narrated that International Yoga Day serves as a global platform to raise awareness about the benefits of yoga, uniting people across cultures and promoting well-being.

He advised all participants to continue to embrace this ancient practice for a healthier and harmonious lifestyle. He further added that the ancient practice of yoga delivers healing, inner peace, physical, spiritual & mental well being. He further added that with roots in India, yoga is now embraced worldwide by people of all cultures. It unites individuals through its values of balance, mindfulness & peace.
