Fazilka Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal launched the plantation campaign from Bharat Petroleum Pump at Maujgarh to cover the pumps of the district under the Van Mahotsav. She said that in view of the changes in the environment, it is important that every citizen should plant a sapling.
On the occasion, the Bharat Petroleum Company also organized a drawing competition for students, the winners of which were distributed prizes by the DC. In the competitions, Navjot Kaur stood first, Komal second, Anjali third, Arshdeep fourth and Ekam fifth.
Manager Kaushlinder Raghuvanshi of Bharat Petroleum Company, Sales Manager Satyam Singh and Rahul Somani, DFSC Himanshu Kukkar Naib Tehsildar Sikandar Singh and other local residents were present.
