ROTARACTORS CELEBRATE DIWALI AT NARI NIKETAN

Rotaractors from Zone 3 of Rotary International District 3080 celebrated Diwali with the women residing at Nari Niketan, Sector 26, spreading joy on their faces.

(MOREPIC1) (MOREPIC2) The celebration included competitions for creating rangoli and diyas, as well as interactive games like Musical Diyas and Food Tester, which filled the atmosphere with excitement and enthusiasm. Winners of the competitions were also awarded prizes.

Traditional Diwali sweets were distributed to everyone, and they shared a meal with the Rotaractors. On this occasion, Sejal Sharma, the ADRS Rotaractor of Zone 3, stated that this event made it a memorable Diwali for the women of Nari Niketan. She emphasized that the program strengthened their spirit of community service.

Riya Wadhwa, the ADRR Rotaractor of Zone 3, remarked that the energy and enthusiasm of the Rotaract members and the women of Nari Niketan were truly inspiring. Such events highlight the importance of compassion and unity.

The event received high praise from District Governor Rotarian Rajpal Singh, District Rotaract Committee Chairman Rotarian Mohit Singla, and District Rotaract Representative Rotaractor Shashank Kaushik. Shashank Kaushik noted that this celebration reflected the true spirit of Diwali, which is a festival of unity, service, and joy.
