Active worker of International Human Rights Organization Varinder Singh resident of Sardulgarh, now resident of Sirsa held a press conference against Kuldeep Singh, BSP leader Sardulgarh and the police administration on Thursday.
Varinder Singh made serious allegations against BSP leader Kuldeep Singh and said that he blackmails people in active connivance of the police and extorts money from them by getting false cases filed against them.
Varinder Singh , said on February 15, 2024, a fake case was registered against his son in Sardulgarh police station on the basis of false facts and Sardulgarh police raided his residence illegally at around 9:15 pm that night. He added that the police personnel threatened him to meet Kuldeep Singh if they wanted the issue to be resolved. Varinder Singh refused to compromise by paying any money, saying that he had complete faith in the judicial system and they will definitely get justice.
Following this, on March 14, 2024, Sardulgarh police set up a roadblock and picked up Varinder Singh and his wife from the road and included them in the case under section 120-B and the police beat up Varinder Singh without any fault. Varinder Singh and his wife were kept in jail for 21-22 days without any fault and were acquitted by the police and the application under Section 319 was also rejected by the Honorable Court. After this, another fake application was filed against Varinder Singh and his family members on November 28, 2024 where in his son Rahul’s name was also mentioned. Since Rahul was already in custody, the application was found to be misleading and was submitted to the office.
From 21 March 2025, ID named ‘Gunahon Ka Devta’ was created by someone on Facebook and Instagram and posts were put on these pages with the intention of deliberately defaming, blackmailing and harassing Varinder Singh and his family members. In some of the posts, word ‘Neta’ was mentioned to incited Varinder Singh to name some leader. Varinder Singh said that he replied to the unknown person on some of the posts from my Facebook ID, but I did not mention any name of any person in any post. When Varinder Singh registered a complaint against the unidentified page owners to Cyber Crime, SSP Mansa and SHO Sardulgarh, no action was taken and it stands same till now, even the application number of the applications with SSP Mansa and SHO Sardulgarh was not given to Varinder Singh.
After this, another fake application was filed against Varinder Singh on April 9, 2025 by Kuldeep Singh, BSP leader Sardulgarh and he also alleged that he defames me on social media. When Varinder Singh was called to the DSP office Sardulgarh, Varinder Singh registered his statement with the DSP Sardulgarh on April 21, 2025 and even after the submission of the statement, Varinder Singh was called to the DSP office several times and was pressurized to make an apology to Kuldeep Singh in writing. Varinder Singh said that the DSP office Sardulgarh is constantly asking him to apologize despite he being innocent. “In fact, the DSP office said that if you do not admit your mistake, then action will be taken against you,” claimed he.
After this, on May 16, 2025, DSP Sardulgarh called Varinder Singh through WhatsApp and asked him to come to the DSP office. He told Varinder Singh that he should settle issues with Kuldeep Singh otherwise they will be forced to take action against him because BSP leader Kuldeep Singh had recorded statements from two people against him regarding Kuldeep Singh using casteist remarks and Kuldeep Singh is pressurizing the police to register a fake case.
Varinder Singh concluded that if he or any of his family members suffer any loss of life or property or if any fake case is registered against him or any of his family members, then BSP leader Sardulgarh Kuldeep Singh and the unknown person behind the Facebook and Instagram ID named ‘Gunaho Ka Devta’ will be responsible. Kuldeep Singh was not available for comments.
Varinder Singh further said that on May 16, 2025, he sent an application against Kuldeep Singh to the Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab, Honorable Registrar Punjab and Haryana High Court, Honorable Chairman Human Rights Commission Punjab, Honorable DGP Punjab and Honorable SP Sirsa by email and registration and sent it by post.
Varinder Singh has made serious allegations against Kuldeep Singh and said that Kuldeep Singh had earlier registered a case against another person from Sardulgarh in 2020 under the SC/ST Act. Due to Kuldeep Singh’s approach and connection in the police administration, another fake case could be registered against him by the police. After this, on May 19, 2025, Varinder Singh met SSP Mansa with members of the panchayat, even then the SSP did not accept Varinder Singh’s application which was against Kuldeep Singh, forcing Varinder Singh to send that application to SSP Mansa through email on 19, May 2025.
Varinder Singh brought to the notice of the administration and the government that there is an id named ‘Gunaho Ka Devta’ on social media platforms and appealed to the concerned officials to expose the unknown person’s behind him and their affiliation with Kuldeep Singh. Upon investigation a case should be filed against BSP leader Kuldeep Singh, urged he.
Legal action should be taken regarding false applications and mental harassment. Apart from this, Varinder Singh also demanded an investigation into the properties acquired by Kuldeep Singh after entering politics. Not just this, some unknown person sent obscene photos to Varinder Singh on his WhatsApp business number and he was also threatened over WhatsApp call using abusive language and voice messages were also sent. The complaint of which was also sent by Varinder Singh to SSP Mansa on May 12, 2025 through email.
Varinder Singh concluded that if he or any of his family members suffer any loss of life or property or if any fake case is registered against him or any of his family members, then BSP leader Sardulgarh Kuldeep Singh and the unknown person behind the Facebook and Instagram ID named ‘Gunaho Ka Devta’ will be responsible .
