A case FIR No. 100, U/S 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady R/o # 109, Gurdaspur, Punjab reported that Tarninder Singh (Managing Director) & Narinder Bir Singh (Director) C/o M/S Manohar Infrastructure and construction PVT. LTD. SCO No. 139-141, Sec-17, Chandigarh AS they have committed a fraud of Rs. 49,40,000/- with complainant for selling of plot.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
No arrest has been made so far.
