PEOPLE FROM NEARBY VILLAGES WERE ALSO SCARED BY THE SOUND OF EXPLOSIONS, THE POOR BEHAVIOR OF THE TRAFFIC IN-CHARGE OF CHHAT LIGHT POINT ONKAR SINGH MADE MOHALI POLICE LOOK DOWN, PASSERS-BY WHO SAVED THE LIFE OF THE ACCIDENT-STRICKEN CAR DRIVER STARTED CUTTING OFF THE VEHICLES OF THE PASSERS-BY

A moving car suddenly caught fire on the main road from Airport Chowk to Chhat Lights at around 3:45 pm today. The victim says that as soon as he got fuel from a petrol pump near the city center and left, smoke started coming out from the bonnet of the car after going a little distance.
As soon as the smoke came out, the car caught fire. Passers-by who were passing by shouted at them to get out of the car, after which the car driver and two people in the car quickly got out, after which a big explosion suddenly occurred in the car on the road.
Passers-by stopped their cars and called the police control room Mohali and the fire brigade to inform them about it, after which PCR in-charge Inspector Rupinder Singh along with his team reached the spot. And in no time, the fire brigade vehicle also reached the spot and started controlling the fire, but in such a short time the car was completely burnt by the fire.
Where the passers-by were helping the injured in this accident, the traffic in-charge of the roof light point Onkar Singh reached the spot with his challan machine. And those who had stopped their cars on the road to help the car victims, the traffic incharge took photos of their parked cars on his personal mobile phone and told the women and children sitting in the car to come forward and get their challans from my office.
When the women in the car told them that we are helping an accident victim, the traffic incharge's words were such that their hair stood up on end. He said that the car that was on fire was on fire, how will you put out the fire? What is your business? Here, the women also said that the guidelines of the Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann ji are that no action will be taken against anyone who helps any accident victim on the road, but they will be encouraged.
But on the contrary, the traffic incharge gave them a big gift for helping the accident victim by issuing a challan, which has a negative effect on the general public, so that in future they will not help any accident victim on the road. Karan Ji considers it appropriate to pass there instead
Farmer leaders demand action from SSP Mohali against Traffic Incharge Onkar Singh
On hearing about this incident, farmer leader and member of Grievance Redressal Committee Mohali, Balwant Singh Nandiali, has demanded from Honorable Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann and SSP Mohali Harmandeep Singh Hans Jee that strict action be taken against the police personnel who behaved in such a wrong way so that the feeling of serving a victim among the general public is not hurt. He says that a written complaint will be given to Honorable Chief Minister Punjab DC Mohali and SSP Mohali regarding this matter on Monday and strictest action will be demanded against the police personnel who behaved in a wrong way. Because in such unfortunate times, the traffic in-charge was busy issuing challans instead of helping the victims and he also misbehaved with women. He did not consider it necessary to clear the space for the fire brigade vehicle, so much so that challans became necessary for him.
