Aeren IT Solutions Private Limited, and Jupitice Justice Technologies Private Limited, illuminated its campus with a vibrant Go-Green Diwali Celebration on Thursday. The evening brought together employees, families, partners, and friends for an art-forward festival of lights featuring classical and folk performances, a curated handmade marketplace, and a collective focus on sustainability and social giving.

From the ceremonial lighting of diyas to the closing applause, the celebration traced a vivid arc of tradition, creativity, and togetherness. Guests arrived in colorful ethnic attire, posed by intricate rangolis, and immersed themselves in a culture-rich lineup. Volunteers kept the flow seamless—guiding arrivals, supporting performers, and ensuring every corner of the venue reflected festive warmth and hospitality.

The stage came alive with performances that celebrated India’s artistic diversity—Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Garba, Giddha, and Bhangra—weaving rhythm, color, and storytelling. Singing acts ranged from Saraswati Vandana to joyful anthems, while skits offered humor and heart, dramatizing themes of integrity, teamwork, and generosity. Together, the performances embodied Diwali’s enduring message: light shines brightest when shared.

Across the lawns, a thoughtfully curated artisan marketplace invited exploration and conversation. Stalls showcased original paintings, handcrafted décor, crochet flowers, scented pots and candles, handmade key rings, and premium Kashmiri saffron, each accompanied by the maker’s story. Eco-friendly packaging and reusable materials underscored the companies’ shared commitment to sustainability.

Friendly contests added momentum to the evening—from theme-based attire and cultural performance categories to a Diya Décor & Work Bay Cleanliness Challenge, encouraging creative collaboration and teamwork. Anchors kept the program lively with confidence and humor, while a traditional dress code added extra flair—culminating in a surprise recognition for the best-dressed participant.

At the heart of the celebration was a gesture of compassion: a donation drive at the reception invited contributions of new or gently used clothes, sweets, gifts, and festive décor items for distribution to underserved communities. The overwhelming response reaffirmed that Diwali’s true spirit lies in sharing joy beyond the workplace.

Raman Aggarwal, CEO & Founder, Aeren IT Solutions & Jupitice Justice Technologies, remarked: “As we celebrate Diwali, we also renew our mission—building digital justice platforms that make processes more accessible and inclusive. Inclusion guided our technology just as it guided this celebration of people and purpose.”

Anju Aggarwal, Director & Co-Founder, Aeren Group, added: “Diwali is about light and belonging, and tonight our people embodied both. On stage and at the stalls, they showed how culture fuels creativity and compassion—values that strengthen the empathy we bring to work each day.”

Shrey Aggarwal, COO, Aeren Group, concluded: “Innovation thrives where people feel seen and inspired. The performances, the craft, and the teamwork we witnessed tonight reflect the same spirit we infuse into our products and services.” As twilight deepened, guests took a final stroll through the glowing stalls—collecting handcrafted mementos and exchanging warm wishes. The celebration closed with gratitude to every performer, volunteer, and artisan who transformed the campus into a living gallery of culture, care, and community.
