An atmosphere of devotion and enthusiasm prevailed in Abohar today on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Sant Ravidas. A grand procession was taken out on this occasion, and was warmly welcomed by BJP workers led by Abohar MLA Sandeep Jakhar.

As the procession passed along its designated route, MLA Sandeep Jakhar and other supporters showered flowers on the palanquin carrying the image of Sant Ravidas. The MLA offered flowers to the portrait of Sant Ravidas and prayed for peace, prosperity, and well-being in the region.

Keeping the spirit of service paramount, the MLA and his team set up a special stall to distribute prasad and bananas to the participants. Sandeep himself distributed fruits to the devotees and participated in the religious event. He said that Sant Ravidas Ji gave the message of mutual love, equality, and brotherhood to all of humanity. He said that harmony in society can only be achieved by following the path shown by the great Sant. He added that such religious events connect us to our roots and spread positivity in society. A large number of people were present on this occasion.
