WOMEN GET MAGNIFICENT FLORAL WELCOME AT NARI SHAKTI SANMAN EVENT

Abhishek College organized a program to honour women who excelled in respective fields, highlighting that modern society is incomplete without the active contribution of women, who serve as the main pillar of the nation’s economic and social development. 

Priyanka Juneja, Head of the Commerce Department, invited the dignitaries for the lamp-lighting ceremony. Principal Dr. Rajveer Kaur welcomed the guests and delivered an insightful speech on the vital role of women in society. The celebration was brought to life by college students through various cultural activities, including dance, poetry recitation, and songs. 

The program commenced with a magnificent floral welcome where students applied tilak to the distinguished female guests, including Deepika (Headmistress, GHS Diwankhera), Rachna Juneja (Principal, GSSS Bakainwala), Baljinder Kaur (Civil Surgeon Office, Fazilka), Pooja (District Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Dr. Meenakshi Gupta (Manager, Skill Development Mission, Fazilka), Sunita Chugh (Principal, Sardar Patel Convent School, Kheowali Dhab), Deepika (GSSS Kerakhera), Priya Nagpal (Vocational Trainer, GSSS Khuian Sarwar), Vandana Rani (Vocational Trainer, GM SSS Gidderanwali), Kulbir Kaur (Vocational Trainer), Pooja Devi (Maths Mistress, GSSS Sappanwali), Veer Varinder Kumari (Social Science Mistress, Government School, Sayeed Wala), Randeep Kaur (Science Mistress, GSSS Jandwala Hanwanta), Kuljit Kaur (English Mistress, Guru Nanak Public School, Gidderanwali) and Aarti Narang (Hindi Mistress, GSSS Sayeed Wala). Mementos were presented to all of them.
