SECOND ACCUSED PRINCE CHAUDHARY NABBED BY ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING

Smt. Bindu Sharma aged 59 years had complained that her uncle Lt. Krishan Gopal Dua was murdered in a pre-planned manner. A calculated fraud, cheating and forgery was committed by alleged person namely Sunil Chaudhary in collusion with Rohit Choudhary, Prince Chaudhry and others to grab properties worth crores of rupees, which belonged to Lt.Sh. Krishan Gopal Dua.
In year 2017, her uncle hired one Prince as his care taker. Prince later on introduced his brother Rohit Choudhary as a Driver. Her uncle was totally bed ridden since 2015, due to age related ailments. Immediately after death of Lt. Krishan Gopal Dua, his servant Prince Choudhary produced photocopy of GPA dated 07/05/2018 of property No.E-34 Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi in favour of Rohit Choudhary and Prince Choudhary, executed at Sub-Registrar Office, Ghaziabad, UP.
Accused in police net
Mr.Surendra Choudhary, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Economic offence Wing, said, accused persons taking advantage of the old age of Sh.Krishan Gopal Dua (now deceased) , prepared forged GPA and WILL and also got opened a joint bank account at the ICICI bank, Modinagar, Ghaziabad, UP, with the forged signature of deceased. They transferred the property of deceased to their father namely Ravinder Kumar and one of his known persons namely Sunil Choudhary.
Later Rohit Choudhary and Prince Choudhary sold the property E-34, Greater Kailash-1 to their father Ravinder Choudhary and sale deed was executed on 22/05/2019 at Registration Authority, Hauz Khas for an amount of Rs.1.10 Crores. It has also been alleged that, accused person had opened fake account in ICICI Bank, Modi Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP in the name of Lt. Krishan Gopal Dua. FIR No. 143/2020 u/s 420/467/468/120-B/34 IPC PS EOW was registered and investigation taken up. Further with regard to allegation of pre planned murder, Inquest proceedings were carried out at Police Station-Greater Kailash.

INVESTIGATION:- The certified copies of GPA and Will purportedly executed by deceased Sh. KG Dua in favour of accused Prince and Rohit have been obtained. The documents from the concerned Sub-Registrar have been received which prove his involvement in the crime committed in selling the property to Sunil Chaudhary and Ravinder Chaudhary. The details of the joint bank account which the deceased Sh. KG Dua, opened at ICICI bank, Modi Nagar have also been received.
KNOW THE ACCUSED: Accused Prince Chaudhary is 9th standard pass and presently a bus driver by profession. He is also engaged in earth moving business at Barelliey (UP).
It was a challenging task to trace the culprit. Accordingly, a special team was formed consisting of Insp G N Tiwari (I.O), HC Mukesh, HC Sushil under the supervision of ACP S M Sharma and overall supervision of Sh. Surendra Choudhary DCP/EOW to arrest the accused persons. The accused Prince Choudhary was arrested on 19.09.2023.
