IRREGULARITIES IN GANDHI SAMARAK NIDHI : SOME PARTS GIVEN ON RENT TO HIS WIFE POSING AS OWNER

  Major irregularities reportedly came to light in Gandhi Samark Nidhi  located in Sector 16 hereIn this regard Narinder Singh of Sector 38C has filed a complaint to Chandigarh Administrator, Advisor to Administrator and District Magistrate alleging that one Devraj Tyagi, an employee and Director of the Nidhi Samark, who declared himself the owner of the building, rented a part of the building to his wife Kanchan Tyagi's firm with a partnership of one Mrs. Parvinderjit  Kaur Dhillon.

Mr. Narinder Singh , who filed complaint with the affidavit alleged that Tyagi built a portion of the building in the name of his wife's firm Qualitesoft,, where they runs business of Computers. In the rent deed two signatories witnesses as his son and son in law. Even the GST number No.  04AAAFQ5666N1ZV   dated  19.3.200 was also taken by the concerned department. Apart from this, many other irregularities are happening in the building. The complaintant demanded that the irregularities should be investigated. Till the investigation, an administrator should be appointed there.

Earlier this Month Mr. K.K. Sharda had resigned from the post of the President of Gandhi Samarak runs for activities in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and Chandigarh. He had recommended to dissolved the present committee and requested for new arrangement to runs the Nidhi Admiminstration. 

 It may be recalled that the building was built for the promotion of Gandhi ji but the directors here are misusing for their own benefit, shoulf be widely investigated.
