FDP BY UICET FOR ENHANCING THE SKILLS OF FACULTY FOR BETTER AND EFFECTIVE CONDUCT OF VIRTUAL CLASSES

Dr. SSBUICET, Panjab University, Chandigarh, in collaboration with DUIET, Assam organized a 6day Faculty Development Program under TEQIP-III (MHRD, Govt. of India) on an online platform which commenced today.. The title of the program is Effective Online Teaching and Learning and will have a panel discussion on New Education policy 2020 on the concluding day.

This program is being organized in accordance with the UGC guidelines. The FDP has more than 450 registered participants from all over India. The objective of the program is to equip the faculty members with maximum skills to help them conduct the online classes without any issues. This will surely make the online teaching highly effective and interactive.

Many resource persons who possess expertise in the field of teaching resources have been invited. Some of the sessions include lectures on using Google suite, Google Classroon,Online Assessment, Open Source Learning through SWAYAM etc. The coordinator of this program is Prof. Ritu Gupta and Dr. Sanjeev Gautam.
