Residents of Opera Garden are holding a silent protest against (the builder CCPL )for failing to provide promised amenities despite collecting a hefty amount for Monthly Maintenance Charges (MMC) in advance. The ongoing construction, spanning over approximately 20 years, has caused immense inconvenience.

Demonstrators raised key issues like Lack of Amenities, Promised facilities not provided.Ongoing construction causing disruptions. Residents, especially ladies and elderly, facing trauma due to rough employees hired by the builder.

Ms. Manjula Catrath President of Opera Residents Association  has said "We urge the builder to fulfil their commitments and provide a safe, peaceful living environment."
