In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.

PO & Summon staff has successfully apprehended state case PO namely Ravi @ chula S/o Nem chand, R/o H No.2750 Mauli Jagran Chandigarh has been arrested in case Fir No-85/2022 u/s 314,323,325,506,34 IPC and 25-54-59 Indian Arm Act. PS Mouli Jagran Chd. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Ambika Sharma JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
State case PO namely Sheetal S/o Ramesh Sharma R/o H No 87 Vill kajheri near Himgiri hotel Sec 52 Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR no 150/2019 U/s 279,323,341,308,506 IPC PS-Industrial Area Chd. The accused declared Po by the Hon’ble Court of Dr Harpreet Kaur ASJ , UT Chandigarh on dated 28.03.2025.

One PO namely Manish Kumar s/o Sh.krishan kumar R/o House no-1577 sector 25 panchkula HR has been arrested in many complaints No ICMS/2024/003373,7691/2023,7681/2023,890/2024 U/S 138Nact. The accused was declared PO by the court of Ms Rubina josan, JMIC, Chandigarh and produced before the Hon’ble Court Ms.jaspreet kaur, JMIC, UT Chandigarh and released on personal bond.

The PO namely Parvesh Bansal S/o Ramesh Kumar R/o H no. 10630 KC Road Patel Nagar Barnala PB. has been arrested in complaint No ICMS/2025/026124 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Mohit JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

One PO namely mamta sood w/o sanjay sood R/o 4821/sec 38/w chandigarh has been arrested in Complaint no ICMS/2025/025060 138 Nact. The accused was declared PO by the court of Sh Tarun Kumar, JMIC, Chandigarh and produced before the Hon’ble Court Ms Jaspreet Kaur, UT Chandigarh and released on personal bond.

One PO namely Gurdeep Singh S/o Saudagr Singh R/o Village Main majri Bassi Pathana Fatehgarh Sahib has been arrested in Complaint no ICMS/2025/020052 138 Nact. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court Ms Ramandeep Kaur, UT Chandigarh and sent to judicial cutody.

One PO namely Ranjit Singh S/o Saroop Singh R/o 84 palam Enclave Zirakpur Mohali has been arrested in complaint no ICMS/2025/010016, Case no NACT/7094/2021 138 Nact. The accused was declared PO by the court of Sh Mohit, JMIC Chandigarh and produced before the same and sent to judicial cutody

The accused was declared PO by the court of Sh Tarun Kumar, JMIC Chandigarh and produced before the Hon’ble Court M/s Jaspreet Kaur, JMIC, UT Chandigarh and released on bail.

One NBW Executed namely Salman Khan S/o Furkhan R/o 1140, opp. Diamond furniture, Patiala Punjab has been arrested in Case no NACT/11585/2024 138 Nact. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court Ms Bhawna Gera, JMIC, UT Chandigarh and released on bail.
