In a series of flood relief programs undertaken by the BSF for the flood affected border villages, today a Flood Relief Civic Action and Veterinary Medical Camp was organized by 19 Battalion BSF under CAP 2025-26 at Border village Muhar Jamsher in AOR of BOP Bhaini Dilawar, Ex 19 BN BSF near the International boundary which is badly affected by the flood and road connectivity has been severely affected.
About 191 animals (buffaloes, cows and cats) affected in flood were examined by BSF and civil veterinary doctors, including Dr. Kanika Gupta AC/vet, SHQ Abohar, Mandeep Singh, Deputy Director (Vet), Manav Bishnoi (Veterinary Doctor) along with medical staff.
During the camp, a large quantity of medicines & essential stores, including bundles of ropes and polythene sheets, were distributed in the presence of Gaurav Yadav DC (QM) and Sagar Tamang, AC, Coy commander along with other BSF personnel.
