In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders. 

The state case PO namely Rajinder s/o Mann singh R/o H No.2856 Mauli Jagran Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR no 09 dt 25.01.2020 US 395, 411, 397 IPC PS MJ Chandigarh. Accused was declared PO by the court of Ms.Sonika JMIC Chandigarh on dt. 18.03.2025. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Sonika JMIC Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

The Conditional Warrant executed in which accused Chatesh Singh S/O Sh.late Amar Singh Hno-1516 Kaccha Bazar Ambala Cantt Haryana has been arrested in Case No.Crl/Misc/976/2022 and produced before the Hon’ble Court of duty Magistrate Sh Kaushal Kumar Yadav JMIC Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

One PO namely Bharat Bhai Laxman Bhai Patel Director City Tiles Limited has been arrested from Himmatnagar District Ahmedabad Gujarat in Case No.NACT/20495/2018, 20494/2018, 20460/2018,20458/2018U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court Ms Jaspreet kaur JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

One PO namely Vikram Kapila s/o Late Vijay Kapila # Flat 02 ground floor B-5 Nirmal Chhaya tower Zirakpur has been arrested in ICMS/2025/025476 Case No NACT/5401/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Jaspreet kaur JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

One PO namely Rinku S/O Late Sh Mahesh Gupta R/O village Faidan Nizampur Chandigarh has been arrested in NACT/ 2690/2024 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Mohit JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

One PO namely Gulshan Kumar S/O Satish Kumar R/o Village kharak Mangoli Panchkula Haryana. has been arrested in NACT/ 6795/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Mohit JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

One PO namely Imran Malik s/o ilyis malik # Flat 688 block D-6 Penta homes society Zirakpur has been arrested in NACT/7024/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Bhawana Gera, JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

One PO namely Satpal s/o Brijpal R/O H No 711/7 Bapu dham colony sec 26 Chandigarh has been arrested in NACT/6208/2022 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Bhawana Gera, JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

One PO namely Naval Arora S/O Sh. Krishan Murari R/O Village Rally Panchkula Haryana has been arrested in NACT/490/2023 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Ramandeep Kaur, JMIC Chandigarh and released on personal bond.

One PO namely Narinder Singh S/O Sh Shamsher Singh R/O H. No. 660 Milk Colony Dhanas Chandigarh has been arrested in ICMS/2024/010623 and NACT/3716/2021 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Ramandeep Kaur, JMIC Chandigarh and sent judicial custody.
