The Sapta Shakti Army Women’s Welfare Association (AWWA) successfully organised Stree Shakti-25, a diversified Entrepreneur Exhibition at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur. This landmark event celebrated the entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and creative talents of Army families and the children of ASHA School (school for specially abled children), marking a significant step towards empowerment through innovation and inclusivity.
The exhibition was formally inaugurated by Mrs. Chavi Pant, wife of the Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan, who commended Sapta Shakti AWWA’s efforts in fostering entrepreneurship and inclusivity. She was joined by Mrs. Harpreet Kaur, Regional Vice President AWWA, along with AWWA families and esteemed civil dignitaries. Dr. Saumya Gurjar, Mayor, Jaipur (Greater) also graced the event.
Stree Shakti-25 transformed the venue into a vibrant hub of creativity, with over 34 stalls showcasing an eclectic range Handcrafted Clothing and Block Prints, Home Decor, Artisanal, Homemade Scented Candles, Eco -Friendly Skincare and Wellness solutions, Paintings & Artistic Creations, Naga Jewellery & Tribal Apparels, Kashmiri Handicrafts and Tarot Reader & Healer Services. Adding a special dimension, products and artworks crafted by ASHA School children and Army families symbolized hope, creativity and community empowerment. All items were offered at accessible prices while retaining their authentic, handmade value.
Stree Shakti-25 marks the beginning of a larger initiative by Sapta Shakti AWWA to expand similar opportunities across regions, reinforcing its commitment to uplifting Army families, encouraging self-reliance and celebrating creativity.
