Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol Bishnoi, originally hails from Fazilka Distt. in Punjab, has been deported from the USA and brought to Delhi on Wednesday.  

US has deported 200 individuals, out of which three are Indian nationals. Besides Anmol, the remaining two Indians are residents of Punjab. 

Anmol is a key wanted suspect in the April 2024 firing incident outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence. He is also the prime accused in the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, which took place in Mumbai last year. His name had earlier emerged during the investigation of the 2022 murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.

Anmol  was on the National Investigation Agency’s (NIA) wanted list, and the agency had announced a cash reward of ₹10 lakh for information leading to his arrest.
