LADWA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE TO BE UPGRADED TO A 50-BED SUB-DIVISIONAL HOSPITAL, GOVERNMENT COLLEGE TO BE ESTABLISHED AT RAMSARAN MAJRA (BABAIN), 25 KM OF RURAL PATHS TO BE UPGRADED UNDER THE KHET-KHALIHAN SCHEME, RS. 5 CRORE ANNOUNCED FOR VILLAGE PHIRNIS AND AN ADDITIONAL RS. 5 CRORE FOR DEVELOPMENT WORKS

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini announced several key initiatives aimed at accelerating development in the Ladwa Assembly Constituency, with special focus on health, education and infrastructure. He announced that an educational institution in the state will be named after Sant Shiromani Sen Bhagat Ji Maharaj. He further announced the upgradation of the Ladwa Community Health Centre into a 50-bed Sub-Divisional Hospital-cum-Community Health Centre, along with the establishment of a Government College at Ramshran Majra (Babain).
The Chief Minister made these announcements on Thursday while addressing the state-level function as the Chief Guest held in Ladwa, Kurukshetra district, on the occasion of Sant Shiromani Sen Bhagat Ji Maharaj Jayanti, .
Additionally, the Chief Minister announced the construction of 25 km of rural pathways under the Khet-Khalihan Scheme. He also announced Rs. 5 crore for strengthening village phirnis and another Rs. 5 crore for development works in the villages of the constituency. He added that an HSVP sector would be developed in Ladwa, subject to land availability.
The Chief Minister announced that under the Mahagram Scheme, a sewerage system and STP would be developed by combining Babain with Ram Saran Majra and by combining Umri with Deru Majra. Moreover, old and damaged AC/PVC pipelines in 38 villages will be replaced with DI pipelines. Sewerage lines will also be laid in Pipli, Bir Pipli, and nearby residential colonies at an estimated cost of Rs. 22.47 crore.
Sh. Nayab Singh Saini further announced the construction of a Community Centre on Indri Road, Ladwa. A total of 23 development works will be carried out in the Ladwa Municipal Committee area as per the approved list. He also announced the construction of a PWD Rest House, an Ambedkar Bhawan, and a new office building for the Municipal Committee in Ladwa.
He stated that 82 PWD roads spanning 186.13 km in the Ladwa Assembly Constituency, which are currently within the Defect Liability Period (DLP), will be maintained as required by the concerned agencies. Special repair works will be undertaken on 9 roads covering 37.46 km at a cost of Rs. 10.19 crore. Construction work on 30 roads covering 117 km is currently in progress.
Similarly, 48 Marketing Board roads covering 81.71 km that fall under the DLP will also be maintained by the responsible agencies. Special repairs will be carried out on 20 roads covering 34.73 km, while construction on 4 roads covering 6.36 km is already underway.
The Chief Minister added that upon receiving an application from the institution for establishing a hostel in Hisar in the name of Sant Shiromani Sen Ji Maharaj, a plot will be allotted as per rules. The allotment process for the plot requested by the institution in HSVP, Karnal, will also be expedited. He said the request made by the institution regarding 27 percent (16 + 11) reservation relaxation for Backward Classes A and B posts in the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam will be examined by the concerned department.
He further announced that a grand main gate in the name of Sant Shiromani Sen Bhagat Ji Maharaj will be constructed in Panipat after checking feasibility.
