The17th book written by Rohit Kalra, a native of Abohar has come up describing the history of Malout.
His creation "Panney Malout Ke," was released by Vimal Setia IAS, Director, Public Relations Department, Punjab, along with his family, at Chandigarh. His highly talented wife, Anuradha Setia, and son, emerging author Madhav Setia, were also present.
Setia praised Kalra and said that he has been publishing books on different subjects and issues relating to Malout every year since 2009. He has given a gift to the people of the area at a young age, from which the youth should draw inspiration.

Rohit Kalra said that this is his 17th book, in which an effort has been made to bring forward the current situation of Malout, its problems and the personalities who have made the town’s name shine in different fields.
