The new, state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) based MRI machine at Tantia Hospital (Multi-speciality Critical Care Center) in Sriganganagar detects even the minutest diseases with extreme precision. This cutting-edge machine has been installed for the first time in the Sriganganagar-Hanumangarh region.
Hospital Director Dr. Vishu Tantia said that due to AI scanning, it detects diseases very quickly and accurately. Its quality is also excellent. It offers diagnostic facilities with a 16-channel MRI coil for various parts of the body. The machine also produces significantly less noise. While MRI machines typically generate 90 to 100 decibels of noise, this machine produces only 40 to 50 decibels.
Dr. M. Zuber, Senior Radiologist at Tantia Hospital, said that the unique feature of this machine is that it can perform separate MRIs of each organ of the body. With its 3D sequencing capabilities, it can perform both standard and advanced MRIs in a single scan. This makes brain MRI scans much easier. It can perform functional MRS, DTI, MR perfusion, MRI with and without contrast, vessel wall imaging, and CSF flowmetry MRI.
Dr. Zuber said that the new machine has not only been beneficial for the health of the people but is also proving very helpful for the doctors. Because the better the diagnosis, the more successful the doctors will be in providing effective treatment.
