The tableau offered a compelling visual narrative of the achievements of the recently organised HIM MSME Fest 2026 in Shimla. The centrepiece of the display was the remarkable exhibition of 4,023 handloom shawls woven on Handloom, an achievement that culminated in the creation of a Guinness World Record.
