One state case PO namely Simranjeet Singh S/o Parveen Kumar R/o 1087 sec 52 Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR No 192 dt. 14.03.23 US 379, 411 IPC PS 39 Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Ambika Sharma JMIC Chandigarh, Accused sent to judicial custody Model jail Burail for 09.02.2026

One state case PO namely Gurwinder Singh @Gaggi S/o Sohan Lal R/o 539 Guru Nank Colony Jagtapura Mohali Punjab has been arrested in case FIR No 274 Dt 5/09/2017 US 379, 356, 411 IPC PS 31 Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh kaushal kumar Yadav JMIC Chandigarh, accused sent to judicial custody for 12.02.2026

The PO namely Sushma Kanwar W/o Lokinder Kanwar R/o 740 GF Mullanpur Mohali has been arrested in ICMS/2025/043405 Case No NACT/8037/2019 U/S 138NI act. She was arrested and accused produce in the court of Sh Jasbeer Singh JMIC Chandigarh (Duty Magistrate )Accused released on personal bond.

The PO Namely Mandeep Singh S/o Late. Shri Naresh Kumar R/o 509 AKS Colony Zirakpur Ph.2 Zirakpur Punjab has been arrested in case no NACT 5974/2022 U/S 138 NI act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Ramandeep kaur JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

The PO namely Sandeep Kumar sharma s/o Satguru Sharma # 1697/11 Adarsh Nagar Nayagaon has been arrested in complaint ICMS/2025/038504 Case No NACT/7202/2023 U/S 138 NI Act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Mohit JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail

The PO namely Manoj S/o Madan Lal, village Maloya Chandigarh, 2nd address village Haripur Panchkula HR has been arrested in case ICMS/2026/002336 U/S 138 NI act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Divya Sharma, JMIC, Chandigarh and released on personal bond through mutual compromise both parties.

The PO namely Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh.Jagannath R/o Vill.Sanghol, Teh.Khamanoo, Distt.Fatehgarh Sahib, PB has been arrested in case NACT/4662/2022 U/S 138 NI act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms.Jaspreet Kaur, JMIC Chandigarh.

One Conditional warrant executed namely Kashmiri Lal S/o Sohan lal village Taliyan Teh Samrala Distt Ludhiana has been arrested in case Misc /2674/2023 Title Parvati Davi vs kashmiri lal and produced in the court Sh Ajay JMIC Chandigarh and send to judicial custody burial jail for one month custody till dt.18/2/2026.

One Conditional warrant executed namely Gulam Sabri S/o Gulzar Sabri R/o Beed Ahmedgarh, Malerkotla Punjab has been arrested in case CRL. Misc 923/2024 Us 21 rule 10 Cr.P.C. and same is produced before the Hon'ble court of duty Ms Chinu Sharma JMIC Chandigarh. The accused send to judicial custody till 27/01/2

One Non-Bailable warrant executed namely Pratibha W/o Harvinder Singh R/o Flat no. 509 Eden Homes Shivalik Vihar Zirakpur Punjab has been arrested in case NACT/2903/2025 u/s 138 NI Act and accused produced in the court of Sh. Jasbeer Singh JMIC Chandigarh and accused released on bail out.
