In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest proclaimed offenders/absconders.

Police said, one state case PO namely Pardeep S/o Lalu Mukhiya R/o #2069/1, Small Flats, Maloya Colony, Chandigarh has been arrested in case FIR No-79, dt. 13.07.2024 u/s 25-54-59 Arms Act PS Ind Area, Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Sachin Yadav, CJM Chandigarh, Accused sent to judicial custody in Model jail Burail.

One state case PO namely Atul Rajput S/o Karan Singh R/o Dashmesh Nagar, Naya Gaon, Mohali PB has been arrested in case FIR No. 327/2024, U/S 379, 411 IPC PS Mani Majra Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Kuldeep Singh, JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

One state case PO namely Sahil S/o Jaswant R/o H.No. 1299, Sec -15, Hisar, Haryana has been arrested in case FIR No. 11, Date 09.01.2023, U/S 21 NDPS Act PS -26, Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Hargurjit Singh, ASJ, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

The PO Namely Manjot Singh S/o Surjit Singh R/o #69, Anand Nagar, A- Extension, Patiala, PB has been arrested in case no NACT NO. 8607/2023 U/S 138 NI act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Bhawna Gera, JMIC Chandigarh and released on bail.

The PO namely Meena Devi R/o House NO 1142, Arya Nagar, Ballabhgarh, Haryana has been arrested in case No ICMS 2025/042507, NACT No. 2506/2023 U/S 138 NI Act. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Ambika Sharma, Duty Magistrate, JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.
