The Primary Health Center (PHC) Manjhuwas in Padampur, Sri Ganganagar district, has received the National Quality Assurance Standard (NQAS) certificate for its medical services.
CMHO Dr. Ajay Singla said that a national-level team visited the Manjhuwas PHC in December. During the visit, the team conducted a thorough inspection on various parameters, and the PHC met all the standards. The quality of OPD, IPD, and the labor room was found to be excellent. The CMHO congratulated the PHC in-charge Dr. Itender Uppal, the entire PHC staff, and the NQAS in-charge Dr. Mukesh Mehta on this achievement. After being certified at the national level, this center will now receive a special incentive from the central government. This budget will be used to further modernize the facilities at the hospital and expand the amenities for patients.
Local villagers say that now they will not have to rush to big cities for better treatment, as their own village PHC has now become one of the best centers in the country.
Dr. Itender Uppal, In-charge, PHC Manjhuwas, said, "This is the result of the hard work of the entire team. Our goal is not just to get the certificate, but to provide the best healthcare facilities to every single person in the area.
