Various clubs under Lions Club International's Regions 20 and 21 jointly organized a fellowship event in Sriganganagar. The founder of Shri Jagdamba Andh Vidyalaya, Swami Brahmdev, was honored for the Padma Shri award that was announced on the Republic Day. Also, Narendra Changiya, who was recently elected as the State Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries Rajasthan, was also felicitated.
The felicitation letter presented to Swami Brahmdev was read out by Lion Virendra Baid. Former District Governor Jyoti Prakash Kanda elaborated on the continuous and exemplary work done by Swami Brahmdev over the past 45 years.
Swami Brahmdev said that Lions Club always prioritizes the spirit of brotherhood and universal fraternity. He particularly praised the club's unprecedented contributions during the COVID-19 period in saving human lives.
Swami Ji congratulated Narendra Changiya on becoming the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce Rajasthan and on being honored by the district administration, and blessed him for achieving further milestones. Swami Brahmdev's successor, Swami Nijanand described associating with Swami Ji as his great fortune.
Singers Gurmukh Singh and Rajni Saxena made the event entertaining with their melodious songs. Various Lion members and office-bearers presented group songs, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. The stage was conducted by Vimal Bihani, Vinod Bihani, and Vinod Sethi.
