Consequent upon proceeding on official tour from 21.02.2026 to 25.02.2026 by Sh. Amit Kumar, IAS and Sh. Nishant Kumar Yadav, IAS, the following charges being held by them will be looked after by the following officers, in addition to their own duties:-

Sh. Abhijit Vijay Chaudhari, IAS, will look after  as  Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate,  Estate Officer. President, Zila Sainik Welfare Board,  Controller, Civil Defence,  Chairman Wakf Board, Labour Commissioner, Secretary Industries, Commissioner, Excise & Taxation,  Secretary Cooperation

Sh. Pardeep Kumar, IAS will look after as  Commissioner, Municipal Corporation,  Chief Executive Officer, Chandigarh Smart City Limited and Nodal Officer (Smart City),  Secretary Rural Development & Panchayat. The order have been issued by Sh. Rajesh Prasad, IAS, Chief Secretary of Chandigarh Administration.
