CROATIAN PRIME MINISTER REACHED SWAMINARAYAN AKSHARDHAM, DELHI

Andrej Plenković, Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, visited Swaminarayan Akshardham with members of the official Croatian delegation.

The delegation included Damir Habijan, Minister of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation; Zvonimir Frka-Petešić, Head of the Prime Minister’s Office (Chief of Staff); and other senior representatives of the Government of Croatia.

The PM was traditionally welcomed by Divyamurtidas Swami and Gnanmunidas Swami. He offered respects in the Akshardham Mahamandir and performed abhishek while praying for global peace, harmony, and the well-being of all communities.

In a letter to the Prime Minister Plenković, on the occasion, Mahant Swami Ji Maharaj expressed appreciation for his visit that reflected respect for cultural and spiritual values. Swami Ji described Swaminarayan Akshardham as a symbol of faith and unity and offered prayers for the peace and prosperity of Croatia. He prayed for the PM’s health, wisdom, and continued leadership in service to his people.

Appreciating the warm hospitality and the opportunity to experience India’s spiritual and cultural heritage, Prime Minister Plenković wrote in the visitor’s guest book: “It was a great honour for me and the Croatian delegation to visit the Swaminarayan Akshardham temple in New Delhi. I would like to extend my gratitude for the enchanting hospitality and the opportunity to visit this unique temple. This is an important part of Indian identity, which I greatly respect.
