SCI-Scape Science Fair at DAV College, Abohar, commenced with the lighting of the lamp by Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Mahajan. In his inaugural address, he highlighted the achievements of DAV College, stating that their college admits the highest number of students in the Science stream in Punjab.

Students enrol here not only from Punjab but also from neighbouring states. It would not be an exaggeration to call it a 'Mini-University' as it operates a research center under the Chemistry department, alongside postgraduate courses. Approximately 274 students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm in various theme-based competitions such as Quiz Competition, Poster Making, Rangoli, Cool Experiments, Science Bingo, and more.

The winners were honored with certificates and mementos. Senior faculty member Dr. Rajesh Khatri congratulated the organizers and participants. Dr. Suresh Sharma, Jitesh Soni, Dr. Anita Paruthi, Dr. Navdeep Gandhi were also present.
