Launched in the city during the Republic Day celebration on January 26, the Security of Trends Associates (SOTA) app aims to provide instant assistance through technology, as explained by Colonel Virk.

He highlighted that the SOTA app offers a quicker response time compared to the usual 30 to 40 minutes on government helplines, urging everyone, especially women, to stay alert and utilize the app for reliable assistance in emergencies. Training for the app was provided on-site.
