7.415 KG HEROIN WORTH RS. 37 CRORES RECOVERED BY BSF

As per the sources, the BSF sleuths while conducting the operation duties ahead of border fencing recovered the consignment from the paddy fields adjacent to the IB track.

 Ferozepur: The alert troops belonging to 116 Battalion of BSF have recovered eight packets of heroin weighing 7.412 kg near border out post Pacharian in this sector. The estimated price of the recovered consignment is worth Rs. 37 crores in the international market.

As per the sources, the BSF sleuths while conducting the operation duties ahead of border fencing recovered the consignment from the paddy fields adjacent to the IB track.

Earlier on November 5, the BSF troops belonging to 103 Battalion had recovered 950 grams heroin. On October 21, heroin worth Rs. 15 crores was recovered by 103 Battalion.
