A complaint regarding fluctuation was lodged through help line No. 1912 , which was registered at 13.30 means 1.30 PM vide No. 91792982, but no action has been taken by the authority even waiting for more than one hour. The Lineman No. was not provided to the consumer to call him for help.
It seems the help line nos. registered complaints only and never follow up for redressals.
Moreover at 3.13 PM again updated the supply will be restored after shut down. When called again at 1912 the concerned person says he was not authorised to provide any number of Lineman concerned.
