In state case PO namely Krishan s/o Jagdish Gupta R/o H No.2805 Dadu majra colony chd has been arrested in case Fir No-211/2017 u/s 452, 323,34 IPC. PS-11 Chd. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Raminder Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody

In another state case PO namely Karan S/o Sham Kumar has been arrested in case Fir No-84/2023 u/s510 IPC, 68 (1) PP Act. PS-Maloya Chd. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Ajay JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.

Prem kumar S/o sarta ram R/o 2537/3 c Sec 39 c Chandigarh. has been arrested in complaint No ICMS/2025/026335 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of MS Ramandeep Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.

One PO namely Raju S/O sh.shiv Kumar R/O 2017 A sec 28 chd. has been arrested in complaint No ICMS/2025/023815 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of MS Mohit Kumar JMIC, Chandigarh and rleased on personal bond.

The PO namely Ankit Gupta S/o Rakesh Kumar Gupta R/o #504 Sector 43 A Chd. has been arrested in complaint No ICMS/2025/027712 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of MS Riffi Bhatti JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.

One PO namely Narinder Singh s/o Prem Singh r/o vill.Majat teh.kharar Distt- Mohali PB. has been arrested in complaint no ICMS/2025/0 10016, Case no NACT/3483/2022 138 Nact. The accused was declared PO by the court of Sh Mohit, JMIC Chandigarh and produced before the same and sent to judicial cutody.

The PO namely Lakhwinder Kumar S/O Sh.Jarnail Singh Village Maheshpur Pkl HR has been arrested in complaint No NACT/2024/000328 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of MS Ms Jaspreet Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.

The PO namely Harvinder Singh s/o Rajesh kumar # 509 Edan homes Zirakpur has been arrested in complaint No NACT/2024/000512 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Mohit JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.

The PO namely Askar Ali s/o Taj Ali # 1261/1. Morigate Manimajra UT CHD has been arrested in complaint No NACT/2023/05188, NACT/2023/05907, NACT/2023/08850 U/S 138Nact. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Mohit JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.

One Conditional warrant executed namely Barinder rana s/o Raghubir Singh # Vpo Darkati Teh. Jawali kangara HP has been arrested in case No CRL. Misc. 2976. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms Navjot Kaur JMIC, Chandigarh and released on bail.
