Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Khadoor Sahib, Manjinder Singh Lalpura, has been sentenced by a court for using casteist language, abusing, and harassing a Scheduled Caste woman and others.

Addressing a press conference at the party office in Bathinda on Monday regarding this extremely worrying and shameful incident, Sardar Paramjit Singh Kainth, Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party Scheduled Caste Morcha Punjab, said that the Aam Aadmi Party's failure to take any action against him reflects the party's working style under the Aam Aadmi Party government led by Chief Minister Bhagwan Mann.

The lack of action against the MLA has eroded morality. are being blown out of proportion, and the Scheduled Caste community is being treated with double standards, discrimination, and disrespect, which is extremely disappointing and condemnable. Exposing the anti-Dalit face of the Aam Aadmi Party led by party chief Arvind Kejriwal, he further said that the Aam Aadmi Party has failed to give respect and representation to the Scheduled Caste community, which constitutes 35 percent of Punjab's population, in the Rajya Sabha.

Its true character towards Dalits has been exposed. Sardar Kainth said that Punjab has seven Rajya Sabha seats, and a by-election for one of them is scheduled for October 24. In the past, the Congress and the Akali Dal have always given the Scheduled Caste community their due share, given their large population in Punjab. However, the Aam Aadmi Party has betrayed them by refusing to give them their due share, while the party's Dalit ministers and MLAs remain silent on this serious issue, which is highly condemnable. Paramjit Kainth, a BJP leader who has championed the interests of the Scheduled Caste community, said that whether it is the shoe-throwing incident at the Honorable Chief Justice of India, B.R. Gavai, or the attack on senior IPS officer Y. Both the suicide of Puran Kumar and the death of the Chief Justice of India and the Scheduled Caste community reflect the same deep-seated prejudice. Both recent incidents have raised serious concerns within the Scheduled Caste community.

The Bharatiya Janata Party strongly condemns such incidents. Demanding the immediate arrest of the culprits, BJP leader Paramjit Kainth said, "The Chief Justice and a senior official belonging to the Scheduled Caste community were treated in a manner that is unacceptable in a civilized society.

These tragic and heartbreaking incidents shame humanity." BJP leader Paramjit Kainth demanded the Haryana government immediately dismiss the officials involved in Puran Kumar's suicide. Dalit leader Paramjit Kainth said that the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress are politicizing a sensitive social issue, which is highly condemnable. Bathinda District President Sarup Singla, Vicky Rai, and Baljinder Singh Honey, among others, were present on the occasion.
