The state case PO namely Vishkarma S/o Jagannath R/o # 682 Gawala Colony Maloya has been arrested in Case FIR No. 61 dt 20.04.2017 U/S 61-1-14 Excise act and 188 IPC PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Accused was declared PO by the court of Sh Sher Singh JMIC, Chandigarh on dt. 29.08.2025. He was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh Sher Singh JMIC, Chandigarh, convicted fine to the accused and released him.
