Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said the Ahirwal region has always been known as the land of the brave. This sacred soil has given birth to countless warriors who have dedicated everything to the nation. He said visiting such a land of sacrifice is a matter of great fortune for him. Today, the glory of Maharaja Shoor Saini has further sanctified this place. Maharaja Shoor Saini was a mighty, learned, righteous, spiritual and people-centric ruler. His kingdom reflected true socialism.
The Chief Minister was addressing the state-level Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti ceremony in Narnaul as the Chief Guest. Prior to this, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of 19 development projects worth Rs 84 crore.
He assured that most of the demands placed before him by Narnaul MLA Sh. Om Parkash Yadav will be fulfilled and affirmed that the pace of development in the region would continue to accelerate.
During the event, the Chief Minister announced that the General Hospital to be constructed at Maharishi Chyawan Medical College, Koriawas, will be named after “Shaheed Rao Tula Ram.” He also said that no effort will be spared in the development of Narnaul and that the unapproved colonies in the area will be regularized as per norms.
Extending greetings to the people on the occasion of Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti, Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the Saini community has an ancient and glorious history. Social reformers like Mahatma Jyotiba Phule and India’s first woman teacher Savitribai Phule are jewels of the Saini community. They made revolutionary contributions, especially in the field of women’s education. Similarly, they dedicated their entire lives for the upliftment of the weaker sections.
The Chief Minister said that the Saini community played a significant role in India’s freedom struggle. The community gave freedom fighters such as Sardar Mehnga Singh Saini, Ajit Singh Saini and Hari Singh Saini, who were part of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s Azad Hind Fauj.

Nayab Singh Saini is working for the development of all sections, and it is evident that by 2029, Haryana will become Congress-free. He said the ongoing development work by the current government is hard for the opposition to accept, but the blessings of the people are with the government.

Haryana Education Minister Sh. Mahipal Dhanda said that Maharaja Shoor Saini was known for his just, people-centric and progressive governance, and the same spirit of transparent and welfare-driven administration is being carried forward under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini. He added that wherever Sh. Nayab Singh Saini leads public outreach initiatives or rallies, the Bharatiya Janata Party consistently receives strong support—whether in Haryana, Maharashtra, Delhi or Bihar.

PWD Minister Sh. Ranbir Singh Gangwa said in his address that the people of Haryana have rejected the claims made by certain leaders about the Congress returning to power, and once again gave overwhelming support to the BJP for the third time. Nation remembers sacrifices of brave soldiers of this region: Arti Singh Rao
Health Minister Arti Singh Rao paid tributes to Maharaja Shoor Saini and said that the brave soldiers of this region have made unparalleled contributions to the nation’s history. She said that the supreme sacrifice made at Rezang La during the 1962 Indo-China war remains etched in the nation’s memory. In that historic battle, 120 soldiers of the Kumaon Regiment bravely confronted nearly 5,000 Chinese troops, and 114 soldiers attained martyrdom while defending the nation. She said their courage and patriotism continue to inspire future generations.
On this occasion, Haryana BJP President Sh. Mohan Lal Badoli, MP Sh. Dharambir Singh, MLAs Sh. Krishan Kumar, Sh. Om Parkash Yadav, Sh. Kanwar Singh Yadav and other dignitaries were also present.
