U.T. Cricket Asociation, Chandigarh Women Seniors team beat Punjab Cricket Association by 27 runs in the 6th Rama Atray Memorial Women Seniors One day cricket tournament match played here today at P.C.A. Stadium , Mohali. Monika Bishnoi of U.T. Cricket Association, Chandigarh Women Seniors team claimed 3 wickets & She was declared Player of the match.

According to Capt.Sushil Kapoor, Organising Secretary the Winners will get a cash prize of 75 thousand alongwith Winners Trophy while Runners up will get a Cash prize of 50 thousand alongwith runners up Trophy.The final match will be played on 19th January at New PCA Stadium ,Mullanpur, Mohali.

After Winning the toss U.T. Cricket Association, Chandigarh team batting first 153 runs all out in 45. 5 overs.Opener Monika Pandey and Gulnaz Grewal boths were Scored 28-28 runs , Palak Rana scored 25 runs, Priyanka scored 20 runs while Sarah Mahajan scored 14 runs.for bowling Side Punhab Cricket Association bowler Neetu Singh and Mamta Rani boths were claimed 3-3 wicket , Prayanka Mutreja claimed 2 wickets while Priya Kumar and Alisha Nehta boths were claimed 1-1 wickets.

In reply Punjab Cricket Association scored 126 runs all out in 29.34 overs and lost the match by. 45 runs.Opener Ridhima Aggarwal scored highest 30 runs, Priyanka scored 26 runs while Priya Kunari scored 19 runs.for bowling side U.T.Cricket Association bowler Monika Bishnoi claimed 3 wickets , Kunari Sibbi & Tarunika boths were claimed 2-2 wickets while Aaradhna bisht and Priyanka boths were claimed 1-1 Wicket each.

Tomorrows at Sector-16 Cricket Stadium, Chandigarh the U.T.Cricket Association will face Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association in the last League match of the Tournament .The Final match will be played on 19th January at New PCA Cricket Stadium , Mullanpur, Mohali.
