The Sri Sathya Sai Manav Seva Foundation has appointed Sanjay Pahwa as the Honorary Vice Chairman (Skill Development) of the Trust. His appointment will be for a period of three years. The appointment has been made in recognition of Pahwa’s vast experience, mature leadership, and his unwavering commitment to social welfare and community development. With his association, the Foundation expects to further strengthen and enhance the functioning of the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Memorial Skill Development Centre located at Government Polytechnic College, Ropar.
The appointment was formally made by the Founder President of the Foundation, Dr. Satish Garg, and Trustee Amar Vivek Aggarwal. Expressing their full confidence in Pahwa’s abilities, they stated that he would provide visionary direction and institutional strength to the Trust’s skill development initiatives.
Dr. Satish Garg said that with his dynamic leadership and strategic vision, Pahwa is expected to play an important role in expanding outreach initiatives, promoting institutional collaborations, and bringing together individuals and organizations committed to social impact.
Under his guidance, the skill development programs aimed at empowering youth and underprivileged sections of society are expected to become stronger, enabling them to acquire employable skills and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Amar Vivek Aggarwal said that inspired by the sacred ideal “Service to Humanity is Service to Divinity,” the Foundation believes that Sanjay Pahwa’s leadership will bring renewed energy, innovation, and meaningful results to its voluntary charitable activities. His appointment marks an important step toward advancing the Foundation’s mission of inclusive development, community upliftment, and sustainable empowerment.
