In a case filed in 2025 involving multiple criminal complaints, the accused directors of MyFledge Private Limited have yet to appear before the court to date, following which the Mumbai court has now given them a last chance to appear on April 29, 2026, in connection with 32 cheque bounce case amounting to ₹4,44,48,000.
The development comes amid ongoing proceedings linked to the alleged LUCC scam and the criminal case filed by Aayush Shah and his sister Mausam Shah. Aayush Shah, known for his role in Mahabharat, has accused MyFledge directors—Bishwajit Badal Chandra Ghosh, Piyalee Shyamlendu Chatterjee, Bijoya Subrat Kumar Das, and Badal Chandra Ghosh—of cheating, forgery, and criminal breach of trust. The matter is currently being heard in the Andheri court.
According to the complaint, the case pertains to alleged financial fraud, including forged bank statements and fabricated documents used to secure loans and investments. Multiple cheques issued to Aayush Shah reportedly bounced, further escalating the dispute.
The case also forms part of broader allegations tied to LUCC-linked financial irregularities, with multiple FIRs registered across states against individuals associated with MyFledge.
In addition, the company is facing serious complaints from students, who allege they were misled with promises of guaranteed placements and credible training infrastructure. Several students claim they were left without certifications or job opportunities despite paying substantial fees.
With the accused reportedly absconding and continuing to evade court proceedings, the hearing scheduled for April 29 is expected to be a critical turning point in the case.
