ANTF Crime Branch has successfully arrested one notorious lady drug peddler in connection with the possession of 1.179 Kg of Heroin. On 08.11.2025, acting on a tip-off, a team from the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of the Crime Branch conducted a raid at the address of the lady in the area of Khera Village, near MS Park Metro station, Shahdara, Delhi. During the raid the lady P was apprehended. The team successfully busted a Drug Syndicate involved in the illegal supply of Heroin. Total 1.179 Kg of Heroin were recovered from her possession. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 334/2025 dated 08.11.2025 was registered under Sections 21(c)/25 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi.
The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of the Crime Branch was actively gathering intelligence in Shahdara area. Acting swiftly on information, a team was constituted under the leadership of Inspector Parveen Kumar Rathi, comprising of SI Arjun Singh, ASI Satbir Singh No.174/Crime, HC Deepak Parewa No.1234/Crime, HC Satyavir No.1265/Crime, HC Umesh No. 1311/Cr and W/HC Uma Chaudhary No. 706/Crime. The operation was carried out under the close supervision of ACP Raj Kumar (ANTF, Crime Branch).
Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, IPS, DCP, Crime Branch, said on interrogation accused lady P disclosed that she studied upto 6th standard and her husband Rishi Kapoor has passed away. She has been arrested by the police earlier in various cases of NDPS Act & Excise Act. Due to it being handsome margin in selling Heroin (smack), she used to sell the Heroin (smack) to consumer from her house. Further efforts are being made to nab the other members involved in this drug cartel.
The ANTF team reached at the address of the lady and at the instance of the secret informer, lady P W/o R was apprehended. At the instance of the lady P, search of her house was conducted. During search, total 1.179 Kg of Heroin and Rs. 2,66,455/- cash were recovered from her house.
Accused P is a BC of PS GTB Enclave. She is previously involved in total 7 criminal cases including 03 NDPS Act cases. Further, an externment order for two years has also been issued against her from dated 27.08.2024.
