The team of AGS/Crime Branch has apprehended one shooter of the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang, namely Pardeep Sharma @ Golu, S/o Radha Mohan Sharma, aged about 23 years, resident of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, in coordination with the Rajasthan Police. He was apprehended in connection with FIR NO. 710/2025 & FIR No. 416/25, dated 31.12.2025, registered u/S 308(2)/308(4)/308(5)/111(6)/111(7) & 61(2) BNS, at Police Station Rai Singh Nagar, District Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan with the suspicion that his associates have committed this crime.
In the month of March 2025, members of the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang demanded an extortion amount of Rs. 4 Crore from a businessman residing in Jawahar Nagar, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. Upon the complainant’s refusal to pay the extortion money, the gang assigned shooter Pardeep @ Golu to open fire at the complainant’s residence.
Subsequently, in the month of May 2025, Pardeep @ Golu, along with his associates, fired at the said businessman. In this connection, FIR No. 285/2025, U/s 109(2)/308/3(5) of the BNS, was registered at PS Jawahar Nagar, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. Accused Pardeep @ Golu and his associates were arrested in the said case.
After being released on bail, the accused Pardeep @ Golu continued his criminal activities and started supplying arms and ammunition to members of the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. Subsequently, four members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang were arrested with a huge quantity of arms and ammunition.
In this regard, FIR No. 710/2025 dated 29.12.2025, U/s 3/7/25(1-A)/ 25(6) of the Arms Act, was registered at PS Jawahar Nagar, Rajasthan, wherein the accused Pardeep @ Golu has been identified as the source of the recovered arms and ammunition.
Mr. Harsh Indora, IPS, DCP, Crime Branch, Delhi , said, on 16.01.2026, in coordination with the Rajasthan Police, a raid was conducted at Uttam Nagar, Delhi, where one suspect, namely Pardeep Sharma @ Golu, was apprehended. After sustained interrogation his role was found suspected, the Rajasthan Police took custody of the accused for further investigation,
In view of the recent rise in incidents of organised crime, extortion, armed assaults, and illegal firearm usage in the capital, the Crime Branch, Delhi Police, has been continuously intensifying its operations to identify and apprehend active and desperate criminals. In this regard, the Anti-Gangster Squad (AGS) of the Crime Branch was specifically tasked with mounting surveillance and identifying such criminals operating across Delhi and adjoining states.
Accordingly, a dedicated team of AGS/Crime Branch, led by Insp. Krishan Kumar and comprising SI Agam Prasad, SI Mukesh Kumar, SI Naveen, SI Rajbir, ASI Gobind, HC Pappu and HC Anoop, under the close supervision of Sh. Bhagwati Prasad, ACP/AGS, was constituted by Sh. Harsh Indora, IPS, DCP/Crime Branch to develop intelligence regarding the whereabouts of the accused.

KNOW THE ACCUSED: Pardeep Sharma @ Golu belongs to Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and is presently residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. He was previously involved in a firing incident in Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan, where he, along with his associates, opened fire on the instructions of the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang on businessmen. He is presently in contact with Lawrence gang and working as an active member in Rajasthan area.
