Two sharp shooters of Neeraj Bawania gang namely Naveen @ Kala r/o District Jhajjar, Haryana Age-26 and Ashwani @ Sonu r/o District Jhajjar, Haryana Age-28 years have been arrested. Both are desperate Criminals, sharp shooter & an active member of the gangster Neeraj Bawania and Naveen Bali gang.

One sophisticated pistol of 7.65 Caliber with three live cartridges of 7.65 mm Caliber and one Desi Katta of .315 Bore, with two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of Naveen @ Kala. One sophisticated pistol of 7.65 Caliber with three live cartridges of 7.65 mm Caliber was recovered at the instance of accused Ashwani @ Sonu.

Accused Naveen @ Kala was trying to eliminate the one shooter of Ashok Pradhan Gang.
On 22.06.2022 a team of Interstate Cell, Crime Branch, Chanakyapuri has arrested Naveen @ Kala r/o District Jhajjar, Haryana Age-26 years, who is a sharp shooter and active member of Neeraj Bawania and Naveen Bali gang

Inter State Cell of Crime branch was tasked to nail down desperate criminals and bail jumpers for strict action on such criminals. In order to work on such criminal, a secret tip off about the movement of wanted and desperate criminal Naveen @ Kala was received.

On the above secret information, further information was developed and a dedicated team of Staff of ISC, Crime Branch, Chanakyapuri headed by Insp. Manmeet Malik including SI Lokendra Singh ASI Rajeev, ASI Anil, ASI Ravinder, ASI Krishan, ASI Suresh, ASI Viond and Ct. Sukhdeb under the supervision of Sh Ramesh Chander Lamba ACP/ISC was constituted. During this course, on 22.06.2022, the team got an information that Naveen @ Kala would come near Najafgarh, Delhi with arms and ammunition. Accordingly, a trap was laid down and after a short scuffle accused Naveen @ Kala was overpowered & apprehended.

On his cursory search a sophisticated, a country made pistol of 7.65 caliber with three live cartridges of 7.65mm Caliber and one Desi Katta of .315 Bore, with two live cartridges were recovered. Subsequently, a case vide FIR No. 114/22 dated- 22.06.2022 u/s- 25/54/59 Arms Act, PS Crime Branch, New Delhi was registered and accused Naveen @ Kala was arrested. During interrogation, accused Naveen @ Kala disclosed that he alongwith his brother Ashwani @ Sonu who is lodged in Jhajjar Jail have committed to avenge the death of Rajeev @ Kala and eliminate all the persons involved in the murder of Rajeev @ Kala.

The arms recovered from the accused Naveen were arranged by his brother Ashwani through his sources. Production warrant Ashwani @ Sonu, was applied and he was arrested. Police custody remand of accused was obtained for detail interrogation. Accused Ashwani confessed that he arranged the weapon to eliminate one of the shooters of Ashok Pradhan Gang. During police custody remand of accused Ashwani @ Sonu a country made pistol with three live cartridges was recovered at his instance. In this regard, a separate case vide FIR No.126/22, u/s 25 Arms Act, has been registered at PS-Crime Branch.

Mr. Amit Goel , IPS DCP, said, during interrogation, accused Naveen @ Kala disclosed that he has been involved in four cases of Murder and attempt to murder in Haryana. He and his brother namely Ashwani are the active gang member of Neeraj Bawania and Naveen Bali gang. His brother is presently lodged in Jhajjar Jail in a murder case.After bail out from jail, he met his brother who instructed him to take revenge of his gang and kill a shooter of Ashok Pradhan Gang. Naveen and Rajiv are resident of same village and members of Neeraj Bawania Gang. Naveen and his brother Ashwani want to take revenge of murder of Rajiv @ Kala on the instruction of Neeraj Bawania.

Naveen and Rajiv are resident of same village and members of Neeraj Bawania Gang. Naveen and his brother Ashwani want to take revenge of murder of Rajiv @ Kala on the instruction of Neeraj Bawania. Ashwani also provided/arranged the weapons from his reliable sources to accomplish the task/direction given by him to Naveen. After that, accused Naveen @ Kala was trying to find the whereabouts of shooter of Ashok Pradhan Gang.

Naveen @ Kala r/o District Jhajjar, Haryana, Age- 26 years is studied upto 9th Class from Asoda, Distt Jhajjar Haryana. His father was died in 2002 and his mother is a house wife. He has one elder brother and one elder sister. The accused is still unmarried. He has previously been involved in 4 cases including murder, attempt to murder.

Ashwani @ Sonu r/o Village – Asoda Todran, PS- Asoda, District Jhajjar, Haryana, Age- 28 years has studied upto 11th Class from Asoda, Distt Jhajjar Haryana. His father was died in 2002 and his mother is a house wife. He was first arrested in the blind double murder case in the year 2013.

After coming out of jail accused Ashwani killed his native villager Dharamender who was witness in a murder case. Rajeev @ Kala Asodiya was an infamous gangster of Haryana and native villager of accused Ashwani. Rajeev @ Kala Asodiya is idol for the accused Ashwani @ Sonu. Rajeev @ Kala Asodiya, also relative of Neeraj Bawania and Naveen Bali. On 22 March 2017, Rajeev @ Kala Asodiya was shot dead during court appearance at Jhajjar court by the shooters of Ashok Pradhan Nilothiya. After the death of Rajeev @ Kala Asodiya, gang members joined Neeraj Bawania and Naveen Bali. Ashwani and Naveen are real brothers. Ashwani has previously been involved in 9 cases including murder, attempt to murder.
