The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested Senior Secretariat Assistant, Kendriya Vidyalaya, BNP, Dewas, while accepting a Bribe of Rs. 60,000.

 CBI registered the instant case on 23.12.2025 on the basis of a written complaint alleging that the accused Senior Secretariat Assistant demanded a bribe of Rs. 60,000 for clearing bills related to the provision of security and manpower services. 

CBI laid a trap on 25.12.2025 and caught the accused red-handed while accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 60,000 through a banking channel. Later, the accused was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court on 26.12.25, which granted 3 days’ police custody. 

Further investigation is underway.
