A Case FIR No. 40 u/s 318(4), 61(2)(B) BNS & Section 24 Immigration Act has been registered at Police Station I/A, Chandigarh on the complaint of Puran Singh R/o Vill. Rajpur, Latifpur, PO Janakhera, PS Gaggan, Saharanpur, UP stating that Vikram Singh, Harsimran Singh, Baljot Singh and others of Raj Immigration Services, Elante Mall, Chandigarh.
They cheated the complainant's known person for Rs. 49 lakh on the pretext of sending him abroad. No arrest has been made so far.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
