It was a complete day of glory for the Kapoor family at the L.D. Kapoor Masters Total Tennis Prize Money Championship being played at L.D. Kapoor Tennis Courts, YMCA, Sector 11-C, Chandigarh.

India’s No. 1 player and captain of the Indian 55+ team, Pawan Kapoor, defeated Vineet Peshawaria in a one-sided final of the Men’s 55+ category with a convincing score of 6-0, 6-2.

Meanwhile, Ashish Kapoor of Chandigarh triumphed in a thrilling Men’s 45+ singles final, defeating Gagandeep Singh Vasu by 3-6, 6-4, 6-0 to clinch the title.

In the women’s category, India’s No. 1 player and captain of the Indian 55+ women’s tennis team, Vibha Choudhary, outclassed Suman Sagwan (Sonipat) with a commanding 6-0, 6-0 victory to lift the championship title.
