Panjab and Haryana High Court granted bail to 22 years old boy  in Posco Act  raping minor 13 year old school going girl.Mohd.Uzair Advocate of  Punjab and Haryana High Court pleaded the case from Boy side. The victim's father got Registered an FIR against the accused. 

The brief facts of the case is that the case was registered on 07.11.2025 on the statement of victim's father. He told the police that his victim daughter, aged 13 years, studies in 6th class in Government Girls School. On 6.11.2025 his daughter left home for school at 7:30 AM  but she did not reach in her school and did not return home. He suspected that his daughter has been kidnapped by an unknown person. 

After that FIR  under Posco Act against the accused, he filed  bail petition  through Advocate Mohd.Uzair. Honourable High Court granted bail to the accused as victim  changed her statement that accused has not done anything with her.
